TI SENTO Earrings 7813CR

My earrings arrived , weeks after I ordered then. However ,when they finally arrived I was very happy with them and put them on, very pretty.
However, I could not get one of them out of my ear. The hoop was stuck and I could not open it. I had it stuck in my ear for 3 days and asked several people to try to help me get it out. NOONE could open it, it was stuck solid. The other earring opened v easily no problem, but this one was stuck. I tried so many ways to get it out.
My ear got terribly sore from all the efforts and pulling on it , and got quite swollen which made it even harder.
Eventually on the third day I managed to stick a small nail scissors between my ear and the earring and force it open, which hurt my ear but finally got the earring open.
When I examine the earring , it is not like the other one , it jams closed and is extremely hard to open.
I would like you to replace this earring , just one please.
Or replace with just a pair of huggie hoops I can use with the red charm.
But I cannot wear these earrings again, i was lucky my ear is not more damaged , it is very sore.
